Tips for submitting a request
The following information can be very useful in helping to diagnose your technical issue:
- The operating system you are using (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OSX etc)
- The version of the software you are using (it's printed on the disk)
- The kind of network you have (Windows 2000 server, RM CC3 etc)
- If you are getting an error message, the number and exact message
- When the problem / error is occuring (e.g. when saving, when launching etc)
